# Acknowledge the live state and close an uncertain draft operation

`POST /v1/agents/{id}/draft/operation`

After you've manually checked the live agent, safely closes an `uncertain` operation - you confirm you reviewed the state, and the server verifies the provider (a readback) and closes the operation.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Request body

- object
  - `operationId` string, required: Id of the uncertain operation returned by GET /v1/agents/{id}/draft/operation.
  - `decision` 'acknowledge_live_state', required: Explicitly acknowledge the observed live state and close the uncertain operation. This does not roll back or retry the provider write.
