# Delete a model

`DELETE /models/{model_id}`

Soft-deletes the model and removes it from the live registry. Requires system admin.

## Path parameters

- `model_id` string, required

## Response `204`

No Content

- `401` — Unauthorized
- `403` — Forbidden
- `404` — Not Found
- `500` — Internal Server Error
