# Delete an organization

`DELETE /orgs/{org_id}`

Soft-deletes an organization. Only system admins may call this endpoint.

## Path parameters

- `org_id` string, required

## Response `204`

No Content

## Other responses

- `401` — Unauthorized
- `403` — Forbidden
- `404` — Not Found
- `500` — Internal Server Error
