Apply an effects chain to an existing generation, creating a new version.

    - `enabled` boolean
    - `params` object
  - `source_version_id` string, nullable: Version to use as source audio (defaults to clean/original)
  - `label` string, nullable: Label for this version (auto-generated if omitted)
  - `set_as_default` boolean: Set this version as the default
