`POST /actions/transcription_create`

## Request

Transcribe an uploaded audio or video file into raw text, paragraphs and sentences. Uses the same plan limits and daily allowance as the web tool. Returns a compact saved-result reference; use its getAction or downloadAction to retrieve the complete output.

## Request body

  - `fileKey` string, required: An owned fileKey returned by a completed upload or media import. Each generation consumes its uploaded source.
  - `fileName` string
  - `keyterms` string[]
  - `requestId` string, uuid: UUID v4 for this action. Reuse the same ID with identical arguments on retries.

## Response `200`

Completed result or saved request state.

## Other responses

- `202`: The action is running. Poll action_request_get with requestId and operation.
- `400`: Invalid arguments.
- `401`: Invalid or expired API key.
- `403`: Permission or subscription required.

- `429`: Shared account rate or monthly limit reached.
