# Search for available numbers

`POST /phone_numbers/search`

## Request

Search for available numbers available to purchase

## Request body

- PhoneNumberSearchInput
  - `prefix` string, required: The phone number prefix, without the country code.
  - `country` string: The 2-letter country code.
  - `limit` integer: The maximum number of candidates to return, maximum 10.

## Response `200`

Successful operation

- PhoneNumberCandidate[]
  - `number` string, required: The phone number that's available for purchase

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid input
- `422`: Validation exception
