`POST /api/offline-speech-to-text`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://platform.vocametrix.com`

- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

## Request body

- object
  - `blobURL` string, required: The secure URL received from get-blob-url endpoint
  - `locale` string, required: The language locale (e.g., en-US, fr-FR)

## Response `200`

Successful response

- object
  - `success` boolean: Boolean indicating the job was accepted
  - `transcriptionId` string: Job identifier — pass this to /api/transcription-progress/:transcriptionId to subscribe to progress and final result
  - `message` string: Human-readable status message confirming the job was queued

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request — missing or invalid parameter
- `401`: Unauthorized — missing or invalid API key
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Server error
