# List Skills

`GET /v1/skills`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.vlm.run` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.vlm.run/v1/skills`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

List all skills from the database.

- Authenticated user: returns their org's skills + public skills.
- Guest user: returns public skills only (guest org has no skills).

Query parameters:
- limit/offset: Pagination controls.
- order_by: Sort field (created_at, updated_at, name). Default: created_at.
- descending: Sort direction. Default: true.
- grouped: When true, returns only the latest version of each skill name.

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer: Maximum number of items to return
- `offset` integer: Number of items to skip
- `order_by` string: Field to order by (created_at, updated_at, name)
- `descending` boolean: Sort in descending order
- `grouped` boolean: Group by skill name, returning only the latest version of each

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- SkillInfoResponse[]
  - `id` string, required: Unique skill identifier
  - `name` string, required: Name of the skill
  - `description` string, required: Description of the skill
  - `skill_version` string: Version of the skill
  - `skill_uri` string, nullable: GCS URI of the skill zip file
  - `is_public` boolean: Whether the skill is publicly accessible
  - `created_at` string, date-time, nullable: Date and time when the skill was created
  - `updated_at` string, date-time, nullable: Date and time when the skill was updated

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
