The account console's qualified-lead pipe. Records a durable row (best-effort — the table,
migration 109, is authoring-only as of this write) AND best-effort Slack-posts
(vlada.accounts.notify.post_generic, SLACK_WEBHOOK_URL) so Ben sees it immediately even before an
operator applies that migration; always logged first, so a request is never silently lost if both
the DB write and the Slack post fail.
