# Clear Claims

`POST /v1/employer/claims/clear`

Clear ALL of the tenant's uploaded claims (and everything derived) so a fresh book can be uploaded.
Tenant-scoped; irreversible. Requires confirm=true (the UI shows an 'are you sure?' dialog first).

- ClearClaimsRequest
  - `session_id` string, required
  - `confirm` boolean: must be true — guards against an accidental clear
