`GET /v1/usage`

Get aggregated usage summary for the authenticated tenant.

## Query parameters

- `since` string, nullable: ISO 8601 datetime filter

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- UsageSummaryResponse: GET /v1/usage response body.
  - `tenant_id` string, required
  - `since` string, required
  - `total_requests` integer
  - `avg_latency_ms` integer
  - `total_cost_usd` number
  - `monthly_quota` integer, nullable
  - `monthly_used` integer
  - `monthly_remaining` integer, nullable
