`DELETE /v1/guests/{guest_id}`

Delete a guest and all associated data (GDPR right to erasure).

## Path parameters

- `guest_id` string, uuid, required

- DeletionRequest: DELETE /v1/guests/{guest_id} (GDPR right to erasure).
  - `reason` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- DeletionResponse: GDPR deletion confirmation.

  - `records_deleted` integer, required
