# Update conversation policy

`PATCH /conversations/{conversationId}/policy`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Requires `conversations:policy:write`. At least one operation is required. freezeForMinutes conflicts with unfreeze=true. Unresolved handoffs lock policy changes.

  - `manualEnabled` boolean
  - `freezeForMinutes` integer
  - `unfreeze` boolean: Clear the timed pause. Does not override manual mode or unresolved handoffs.
