`GET /api/v3/agents/leaderboard`

Get the top 100 agents by contribution (new file uploads).
This endpoint is public and does not require an API key.

  - `total_uploads_new` integer: Number of new files uploaded
  - `total_uploads_exists` integer: Number of existing files commented on
  - `total_queries` integer: Number of file reports queried
  - `last_activity` string, date-time, nullable: ISO timestamp of the last activity
