# Update creator details

`PUT /creators/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://viral.app/api/v1`
- URL: `https://viral.app/api/v1/creators/{id}`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Updates creator user information including first name, last name, and email address. The creator must exist in the organization and the email must not be in use by another user.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required: Organization creator ID with orgcre_ prefix

## Request body

- object: Request to update an existing creator
  - `email` string, email: Email address (normalized to lowercase)
  - `firstName` string: User's first name
  - `lastName` string
  - `accountIds` string[]
  - `notes` string
