# Start a chat conversation with a creator

`POST /chat/threads`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://viral.app/api/v1`
- URL: `https://viral.app/api/v1/chat/threads`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Gets or creates the single conversation between the active organization and a managed creator. A creator who has not been invited to viral.app yet is refused with 409 CREATOR_NOT_INVITED: invite them first (POST /creators/{id}/invite).

## Request body

  - `creatorUserId` string: The creator's user id (`creatorUserId` on a creator).
  - `orgCreatorId` string: The creator's id in the organization (`id` on a creator).
