# Get system email templates

`GET /v2/sequences/system_email_templates`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.village.ai`
- URL: `https://api.village.ai/v2/sequences/system_email_templates`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns every canonical system email template registered for a `use_case` (e.g. intro_request, sales, recruiting). Each template carries an `audience` stamp ('warm' = asks a mutual for an intro, 'cold_referral' = emails the target naming the mutual, 'cold' = pure direct); copy templates verbatim into `submit_plan` steps INCLUDING their `name`, `use_case`, and `audience`, and copy every set the use_case ships — the runtime journey needs all of them, whichever outreach_approach was chosen. A follow-up subject of '-' means it rides the thread; keep it. Part of the project-planning flow — the `plan_a_project` prompt orchestrates create_project → get_planner_skills → get_email_template → submit_plan; start there when the user wants to run outreach.
