`GET /v1/policies/`

List policies with optional filters and paging.

## Query parameters

- `category` 'privacy' | 'ethics' | 'security' | 'compliance' | 'operational' | 'brand' | 'custom': Category of policy document.
- `status` 'draft' | 'active' | 'archived': Status of a policy document.
- `search` string, nullable
- `limit` integer: Maximum number of results (default 10)
- `offset` integer: Number of results to skip for paging

- PolicyListResponse: Response model for list endpoints with pagination. - results: Items in the current page (length may be less than limit on last page). - total: Total number of items across all pages (before pagination).
