`GET /v1/dome-configs`

List dome configs for the team; optional filter by bound agent_id column.

## Query parameters

- `team_id` string, uuid, required: Team ID (required)
- `agent_id` string, uuid, nullable: If set, only configs whose dome_configs.agent_id matches (paginated).
- `limit` integer: Page size
- `offset` integer: Pagination offset

## Response `200`
