# Delete a project

`DELETE /projects/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.vidmoat.com/v1`
- URL: `https://api.vidmoat.com/v1/projects/{id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Delete a project and its render jobs. This cannot be undone.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Response `200`

Delete a project

- object
  - `id` string: The deleted project's id.
  - `deleted` boolean: Always `true`: a project that does not exist, or is not yours, is a 404 instead.

## Other responses

- `404`: `not_found`: No such project, or it is not yours. The two are indistinguishable on purpose.
