## Request

필요한 키 권한: read

## Request body

- object
  - `package` string, required: 패키지 slug
  - `input` object, required: 입력 칸 key → 값
  - `title` string: 프로젝트 이름(160자 이내)
  - `mode` 'AUTO' | 'MANUAL': 진행 방식
  - `problem_policy` 'SKIP' | 'ASK': 오류 처리
  - `loop_policy` 'ACCEPT' | 'ASK': 품질 미달 처리
  - `loop_retries` integer: 품질 미달 시 다시 만들기 횟수
  - `scheduled_at` string: 예약 시작 시각(ISO 8601)
