# List a Vettigo client's patients

`GET /workspaces/{workspaceId}/vettigo/clients/{clientId}/patients`

## Request

Lists every animal belonging to a client in the caller's Vettigo clinic, including deceased animals. Read-only: nothing is created in Vetnio. Returns `401` when the caller has no linked Vettigo account.

## Path parameters

- `workspaceId` string, required: Identifier of the Vetnio workspace (clinic). The caller must be a member. The Vettigo clinic used is the one the caller last launched Vetnio from, not something configured on the workspace.
- `clientId` number, required: Vettigo client id, as returned in `clients[].id` by the client search.

## Response `200`

The client's patients.

- object: The animals of one Vettigo client.
  - `patients` object[], required: All of the client's animals in Vettigo, including deceased ones. Not paginated.
    - `id` number, required: Vettigo animal id.
    - `name` string, required: Animal name from Vettigo, or `#<id>` when Vettigo has none.
    - `breed` string, nullable, required: Vettigo's race label for the animal, passed through as text. Depending on the clinic's data it can hold a species rather than a breed. `null` when not set.
    - `regNumber` string, nullable, required: The animal's registration number in Vettigo (free text, up to 50 characters), or `null`. This is not the microchip number.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid input data
- `401`: Authorization not provided
- `403`: Insufficient access
- `404`: Not found
- `500`: Internal server error
