# Create a patient client relationship

`POST /ext/v2/patient-client-relationships/`

Creates a new active patient client relationship between a clinic client and clinic patient.

## Request body

- ExternalPatientClientRelationshipCreateSchema
  - `clinic_client_id` integer, required: The ID of the clinic client.
  - `clinic_patient_id` integer, required: The ID of the clinic patient.
  - `relationship_kind` 'OWNER'

## Response `201`

Created

- ExternalPatientClientRelationshipSchema: A relationship between a clinic client (pet owner) and a clinic patient (pet).
  - `clinic_client_id` integer, required: The ID of the clinic client in this relationship.
  - `clinic_id` integer, required: The ID of the clinic this relationship belongs to.
  - `clinic_patient_id` integer, required: The ID of the clinic patient in this relationship.
  - `created` string, date-time, required: The datetime this object was created.
  - `deleted` string, date-time, nullable, required: The datetime this record was soft deleted.

  - `is_active` boolean, required: Whether this relationship is currently active.
  - `is_deleted` boolean, required: Whether this record is soft deleted or not.
  - `modified` string, date-time, required: The datetime this object was last modified; changes to related entities will not update this field.
