Fetches a calendar kind preference by its ID.

A **calendar kind preference** links an appointment kind to specific calendar resources, defining which resources can handle which types of appointments. It also controls whether that appointment kind is bookable by pet parents online.

  - `id` integer, required: The unique identifier for this calendar kind preference object.
  - `is_client_bookable` boolean, required: Whether clients can book this appointment kind.
  - `min_hours_before_booking` integer, required: The minimum number of hours in advance appointments can be booked, for this appointment kind and calendar.
  - `modified` string, date-time, required: The datetime this object was last modified; changes to related entities will not update this field.
