`GET /agent/health`

Anonymous, unauthenticated, generously rate-limited (300 requests/minute per caller IP - high enough that no legitimate poller should ever see a 429). Returns service status and a map of related discovery endpoints. Does not probe upstream dependencies (HubSpot, Resend) or report which secrets are configured.
