# Get Alarm Devices

`GET /alarms/v1/devices`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.verkada.com`
- URL: `https://api.verkada.com/alarms/v1/devices`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-verkada-auth`
  - API key in header `x-api-key`

Gets information about the all the devices in an alarm site specified by <site_id>. Returns a subset of the alarm site's devices by specifying <code>device_ids<code>.

## Query parameters

- `site_id` string, required: The unique identifier of the site
- `device_ids` string: A comma delimited list of device unique identifiers. If not supplied, all devices in the site will be returned.

## Response `200`

OK

- AlarmsDevicesResponse: Detailed information about a single site
  - `devices` DeviceInfo[], required: Detailed information about device(s)
    - `device_id` string, required: The unique identifier of the device
    - `device_type` 'door_contact_sensor' | 'glass_break_sensor' | 'motion_sensor' | 'panic_button' | 'water_sensor' | 'wired_door_contact_sensor' | 'wired_generic_sensor' | 'wired_glass_break_sensor' | 'wired_motion_sensor' | 'wired_panic_button' | 'wired_smoke_sensor' | 'wired_water_sensor' | 'wireless_relay', required: Device types
    - `site_id` string, required: The unique identifier of the alarm site that the device belongs to
