# Delete Access Card

`DELETE /access/v1/credentials/card`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.verkada.com`
- URL: `https://api.verkada.com/access/v1/credentials/card`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-verkada-auth`
  - API key in header `x-api-key`

Deletes an access card of a specified access user given their user_id or external_id, the org_id, and the
card_id.

## Query parameters

- `external_id` string: A unique identifier managed externally provided by the customer.
- `user_id` string, uuid: The unique identifier of the user managed by Verkada.
- `card_id` string, required: The unique identifier of the Access Card managed by Verkada.

## Response `200`
