# Get Profile Photo

`GET /access/v1/access_users/user/profile_photo`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.verkada.com`
- URL: `https://api.verkada.com/access/v1/access_users/user/profile_photo`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-verkada-auth`
  - API key in header `x-api-key`

This retrieves a profile photo for the specified user.

## Query parameters

- `user_id` string, uuid: The unique identifier of the user managed by Verkada.
- `external_id` string: A unique identifier managed externally provided by the customer.
- `original` boolean: Whether to get the original or cropped image.

## Response `200`

OK
