Information related to task/process

- TaskResourceList
  - `TotalPage` integer: How many pages we have for task resources
  - `CurPage` integer: Current page which is displayed
  - `TaskResources` TaskResource[]: Task resource list
    - `TaskId` string: Taskid is actually the task description including resource and operation
    - `ResourceId` string: resource id
    - `TaskStatus` 'INITIATED' | 'COMPLETED' | 'FAILED': Status of the task to show whether it is running or not
    - `StartTime` integer: when this task is started
    - `EndTime` integer: when this task is finished
    - `TargetNode` string: where the task is executed
    - `Detail` string: Detail contains the task URL

- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not Found
- `500`: Internal Server Error
