Perform rebalance operation on the vset list

## Path parameters

- `DiskgroupId` string, required

## Query parameters

- `nodename` string

## Request body

- object
  - `VsetList` object[], required: Array of vset names on which rebalance operation is to be performed
    - `VsetName` string: Name of the vset
  - `AllocationAttributes` object
    - `TargetDiskList` object[]: Array of disk medianames of target disks on which data movement to be done
      - `TargetDiskName` string: Target disk medianame
    - `Mediatype` 'ssd' | 'hdd': Mediatype of disk
    - `Site` string: Specific site assosciated with disk like site:ssd_pool etc.

The request has succeeded.
