Get details about a particular vset

  - `Name` string: User provided name of the vset
  - `DiskGroup` string: Name of the disk group
  - `Volume` VsetVolume[]: Volumes in a vset (use ! as prefix for remove volume operation in case of PATCH)
    - `Name` string: Volume name
    - `Links` Link[]
      - `rel` string
      - `href` string, uri
    - `Index` integer: Specifies the index of a volume within a volume set.
    - `Context` string: Specifies the context string stored in the volume record.
  - `State` string: State of the vset (use "start" keyword to start the vset and "stop" keyword to stop the vset in case of PATCH)
  - `Size` string: Size of the vset
  - `Tags` TagSchema[]: Tags set on the disk (Prefix TagName field with '!' for remove tag PATCH operation)
    - `TagName` string, required: The tag name to be set (Prefix with '!' for remove tag PATCH operation)
    - `TagValue` string: The tag value to be set
  - `AssociatedRVG` string, uri: Associated volumes of the vset with the specified RVG

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: The requested operation requires authentication.
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Object that the endpoint is working on is not found.
