  - `npwp` string: Personal tax number.
  - `nik` string: Personal ID from KTP.
  - `user_consent` boolean: User consent will be needed with NIK to ensure user's data.
  - `purpose` string: Purpose of doing the verification.
  - `reference_id` string: unique number of each transaction

    - `status_wp` string: status of Wajib Pajak
    - `status_spt` string: status of SPT
