# Retry Failed Or Stalled Assessment Stages

`POST /intake/submissions/{id}/assessment/retry`

## Request

- Base URL: `/api` (relative, and the document was published on a file host, not at the API’s origin)
- URL: `/api/intake/submissions/{id}/assessment/retry`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Queues the scoring and/or suggested-risk stages that failed or have been pending for over 10 minutes. Finished stages are never re-run. Pending submissions only.

## Path parameters

- `id` integer, required

## Response `202`

Queued; body lists the stages

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Submission not found
- `409`: Submission not pending, or nothing to retry
- `500`: Internal server error
