# Get Intake Oversight

`GET /intake/oversight`

## Request

- Base URL: `/api` (relative, and the document was published on a file host, not at the API’s origin)
- URL: `/api/intake/oversight`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Routing and review figures for the last 4, 8 or 12 weeks (weeks start Monday, UTC): totals by lane, weekly buckets, median hours to decision, redlines, second reviews, per-reviewer decisions, band kept, suggested risks accepted and up to 20 needs-attention rows. An empty period returns zero counts and null medians.

- `weeks` 4 | 8 | 12
- `formId` integer

## Response `200`

Success

## Other responses

- `400`: weeks is not 4, 8 or 12, or formId is invalid
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Form not found in this organization
- `500`: Internal server error
