# Get credit balance

`GET /api/v1/credits`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Read the authenticated account's credit balance and usage today / this month. Read-only; agents use this to decide whether a workflow can continue.

## Response `200`

Credit balance.

- CreditsResult
  - `success` boolean, required
  - `credits` integer, required
  - `used_today` integer, required
  - `used_this_month` integer, required
  - `plan` string, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `429`: Too many requests. Includes Retry-After (seconds) and the X-RateLimit-* headers.
