# Update account profile fields

`PATCH /api/v1/account`

## Request

Updates account email, name, company, or timezone for the API key owner.

## Request body

- AccountUpdateRequest
  - `email` string, email
  - `name` string
  - `company` string
  - `timezone` string

## Response `200`

Account updated.

- AccountUpdateResult
  - `success` boolean, required
  - `message` string, required
  - `updated` string[], required

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request or invalid input.
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `500`: Internal server error. Credits are refunded on failed verification exceptions where possible.
