Search the TN WAQF BOARD register: pass district + village + survey_number to check whether a survey is recorded waqf land and WHICH institution (mosque/dargah/madrasa) holds it, with the GS number, register number and supervising officer; pass waqf_name (Tamil or English) to list an institution and its parcels. Use for "is this waqf land", "which waqf owns survey X", "lands of [dargah name]". 1 credit. Costs 1 credit per call, waived when nothing is found.

  - `block` string: Town survey block of a T.S. number, from the plot record. A town survey number repeats across blocks.
