Find the actual form, checklist, rulebook or statutory document a user has to file or read, and return the explainer page plus the PDF link. Covers TN RERA (Form A project registration, Form B quarterly progress report, Form E project extension, Form J agent registration renewal, Form L appeal to the Appellate Tribunal, Form M complaint before the Authority, Form N complaint before the Adjudicating Officer, the RERA Act 2016, the Tamil Nadu RERA Rules 2017, the TNRERA and Appellate Tribunal Regulations, the TNRERA circulars, the building application checklist and the project registration guidelines) and CMDA (planning permission application checklists for PPA, layout and reclassification, the TNCDBR 2019 development and building rules and amendments, TDR guidelines, the TN Town and Country Planning Act, the TN Apartment Ownership Act 2022, regularisation guidelines, site inspection and building stage SOPs and recent government orders). Use for "which form do I file to complain to TN RERA", "RERA Form B", "agent registration form", "CMDA application checklist", "planning permission application form", "give me the development rules PDF", "where is TNCDBR", "how do I appeal a RERA order", "what do I submit for a layout approval".
