Calculate Tamil Nadu stamp duty and registration fee for a document, from the Registration Department's published Duty and Fees table. Defaults to a normal property purchase (Conveyance / Sale: 7% stamp + 2% registration). Pass amount = the market / composite / consideration value. Pair with the guideline value lookup or igr_value to base the amount on the official rate. Free.

  - `amount` number, required: The value the fee is charged on, in rupees: market value, composite value, loan amount, auction price, capital, corpus or total rent depending on deed type (the result names it as charged_on)

Default "Conveyance (Sale)" for a normal property purchase.
  - `shares` integer: Number of shares, only for "Partition among family members" (default 1). The shares are taken as equal unless share_values is given.
  - `share_values` number[]: Only for "Partition among family members" with UNEQUAL shares: the market value of each share in rupees, one number per share. Each share is charged on its own value and capped on its own. amount must then be their total.
