Browse the Sub-Registrar Office directory in either direction. mode "villages_of_sro": every guideline village an SRO covers, with its taluk (for "which villages does the Neelankarai SRO cover", "what areas come under this sub registrar"). mode "sros_in_district": every SRO in a district with its code (for "list the SROs in Kancheepuram district", "how many sub registrar offices in Chennai"). mode "sro_for_village": which SRO(s) a named village registers under, flagging namesake villages that fall under different offices (for "which SRO for Palavakkam", "where do I register land in this village"). A point on the map or an office phone number is the separate SRO lookup. Free.

  - `sro_name` string: villages_of_sro: the office name, e.g. "Neelankarai", "Tambaram Joint 1".
  - `district` string: sros_in_district: the registration district name, e.g. "Kancheepuram", "Chengalpattu". Optional filter on the other modes.
  - `village` string: sro_for_village: the village name, e.g. "Palavakkam". Minimum 3 characters.
