SLUM AREAS on the Tamil Nadu state GIS slum boundary map, which covers only the Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore, Tiruppur and Erode corporations. mode "check": does a location (lat and lng, plus parcel_geojson and parcel_extent_sqm when you hold the parcel boundary) fall inside or meet a mapped slum boundary, with the slum area name, ward and zone (names, wards and zones exist for Chennai only; the other four corporations are mapped without names), the nearest mapped slum area and how many lie within 500 m. mode "list": the mapped slum areas of one corporation, optionally one zone or ward (zone and ward work for Chennai only). Use for "is this a slum area", "is my plot in a slum", "slum clearance board land", "TNSCB / TNUHDB area", "list the slums in Chennai ward 72", "குடிசைப் பகுதியா", "சேரிப் பகுதி". Read status and say it in these words: mapped_slum = "inside a mapped slum boundary"; not_mapped = "no mapped slum boundary here" (NEVER "clear", "safe" or "not a slum": the map is not the notified list); not_assessed = "not assessed" (the location is outside the five corporations, so nothing can be said either way). This map is NOT the list of areas notified under the Tamil Nadu Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Act, 1971: give the caveat with every answer and tell the user to confirm with the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board and the corporation. Free.

## Request body

- object
  - `mode` 'check' | 'list', required: "check" a location, or "list" the mapped slum areas of a corporation.
  - `lat` number: For check: latitude in decimal degrees.
  - `lng` number: For check: longitude in decimal degrees.
  - `parcel_geojson` string: For check, optional: the parcel boundary as a GeoJSON Polygon or MultiPolygon (the boundary the parcel lookup returns). A boundary reading beats a centre point, because a plot can touch a slum area its centre misses. Give lat and lng as well.
  - `parcel_extent_sqm` number: For check, with parcel_geojson: the parcel extent in square metres from the parcel lookup (extent_hectares x 10000). A boundary that disagrees with it by more than double outlines other ground, so the point is read instead.
  - `city` 'Chennai' | 'Madurai' | 'Coimbatore' | 'Tiruppur' | 'Erode': For list: the corporation.
  - `zone` string: For list, Chennai only: zone number, e.g. "6".
  - `ward` string: For list, Chennai only: ward number, e.g. "72".
  - `limit` integer: For list: how many areas to return, default 50, at most 200.
  - `page` integer: For list: which page of that size, default 1. The answer says when more areas follow.
