# Search RERA agents, orders and regularisations

`POST /api/v1/tools/rera_check`

## Request

Search Tamil Nadu RERA records. subject picks the register: "agent" (registered real-estate agents), "judgement" (RERA complaints / orders), or "regularisation_layout" (regularised unapproved layouts). Use for "is this agent RERA-registered", "any RERA complaint / order against this promoter or project", "is this a regularised layout". Search by name or RERA registration number. Costs 1 credit per call, waived when nothing is found.

## Response `200`

The envelope: ok, status, data, credits_charged, balance_after, request_id

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid credential
- `402`: Not enough credits
- `429`: Rate limit
