Full BACKGROUND CHECK on a builder / promoter / developer (or a project name) across every register at once: RERA-registered buildings and layouts (current + legacy offline records), lapsed RERA files, RERA complaints/judgements against them, CMDA violation and sealed-building lists, CMDA developer registration, and regularised layouts. Use for "is this builder safe", "background of promoter X", "projects by Y", "any complaints against Z". Pass the promoter or project name as query. Costs 1 credit per call, waived when nothing is found.
