# Price map

Generate a market-price (Price Map) report for a parcel: the real per-sq.ft price from actual registered sale transactions nearby, with the median, spread and year-by-year trend. Use for "what is this really worth / selling for", "market price / trend for this area", "is this undervalued". It is different from the guideline value (the official rate). The report compiles in the BACKGROUND from registered transactions, is saved to the user's LandLens Price Map list, and posts into this chat as its own message in about 10 minutes (4 credits, taken when the report starts and returned automatically if it fails or finds no comparable sales). Tell the user that after calling it. Needs the survey number and coordinate (from the free parcel lookup). Queues a background job; 4 credits are taken when the job starts and returned automatically if it fails. The job is polled until it is delivered.

  - `survey_number` string, required: Survey number of the parcel
  - `sub_division` string: Sub-division, if any
