# Find every plot in a name

Find all land parcels recorded under an owner name. Searches the revenue A-register and the town survey register AND, when the question is scoped to a town (district + taluk + town code), also runs the government town land register's own owner-name search live and returns the union, with each row marked by where it came from. Use for "all properties of <person> in <area>", "does <person> own land in this village", portfolio / holdings questions. Prefer to include an area (district at least) to keep the search fast and relevant. Searches the name EXACTLY first (every word, any order, both registers, then labels each row with its name match (exact or similar) and match_role=holder|part_of_holder_name|relative) and only falls back to spelling-similarity when no holder carries it as written. ALWAYS pass name_tamil (your own Tamil spelling of the name) when the user typed English: the town register records many holders in Tamil only, and both the live government search and the Tamil-name pass need it. The rural government register's name search is captcha gated and is not searched yet. Costs 3 credits per call, waived when nothing is found.

  - `name` string, required: Owner name to search for (partial match allowed)
  - `name_tamil` string: The same name in Tamil script (write it yourself when the user typed English). Needed to reach holders the town register records only in Tamil, and for the live government town register search; ignored if `name` is already Tamil.
  - `district_code` string: Revenue district code, to scope the search (recommended)
  - `taluk_code` string: Revenue taluk code, to scope further
  - `village_code` string: Revenue village / town code, to scope further. Needed (with district and taluk) for the live government town register search.
  - `page` integer: Page number for pagination, default 1. The live government register is searched on page 1 only.

- `401`: No valid credential
- `402`: Not enough credits
- `429`: Rate limit
