Decide whether two names refer to the SAME PERSON, the core seller-identity check of a Tamil Nadu sale. Use for "is the Kumaresan on the patta the same as the Kumaresan on the sale deed", "do these owner names match", "R. Kumaresan vs Kumaresan s/o Ramasamy", "patta says one name, EC says another", and whenever you must line up a revenue-record owner against a deed executant, an EC party or an uploaded document. Handles initials and name order (S. Raman = Raman S), spelling variants, Tamil and English forms of the same name, and family relationships: a son, father or spouse comes back as a PARTIAL match, not a full one. Pass the names exactly as recorded, Tamil script included. Returns a verdict, a 0 to 100 confidence and the reason. This is an advisory comparison of two strings, NOT proof of identity: a match still has to be confirmed with ID documents (Aadhaar, PAN, passport), the father name and the address on the record. Say that in your answer. 1 credit. Costs 1 credit per call, waived when nothing is found.
