Map OLD deed / registration place details to the CURRENT revenue jurisdiction (district, taluk, village codes). Use when a deed or EC names a village or district that the place-name lookup could not match: old district names, bifurcated districts (Tirunelveli→Tenkasi, Vellore→Ranipet/Tirupattur, etc.) or renamed villages. Searches every district and taluk for the village. Free. Returns ranked candidates; confirm with the user when confidence is not high. Free.

  - `village_name` string, required: Village name as written in the deed
  - `district_name` string: District named in the deed (may be the OLD district)
  - `taluk_name` string: Taluk named in the deed, if any

## Response `200`

The envelope: ok, status, data, credits_charged, balance_after, request_id

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid credential
- `402`: Not enough credits
- `429`: Rate limit
