Order a COMPLETE legal opinion report from just a location, one click. The full-period encumbrance certificate (typically from 1975) names every registered document; certified copies of the ones the user keeps selected are fetched from the registration department automatically, all 33+ land checks run, and the AI legal opinion generates unattended. Use when the user asks for a legal opinion, title opinion, or complete due diligence for a parcel WITHOUT documents in hand. Resolve the parcel first (the parcel lookup is free) so the revenue district/taluk/village codes and survey number are known. The user approves an exact itemized quote before anything beyond the EC read is charged. The report takes 1 hour to 30 hours; the user gets a WhatsApp message when it is ready. Returns a proposal, nothing is charged yet; it runs only once the user approves it, and the approved run costs 1 credit.
