The user's Legal Opinions (document-based due-diligence reports with verdict, risk score, title chain, red flags and recommendations). Actions, all free: "list" shows their legal opinion projects; "read" gives one report's full executive picture (verdict, risk, section statuses, red flags, what was verified vs manual); "section" drills into ONE section in depth, keys: property_identity, verify_my_land, title_chain, encumbrance, revenue_records, ownership_verification, fmb_tslr, planning_approvals, rera, taxes_utilities, company_checks, documents_analyzed, red_flags, title_story, recommendations; "about" explains how to GET a legal opinion (workspace AI opinion priced in credits, or the professional service at Rs 11,800) with links. Use for "what did my legal opinion conclude", "show the title chain", "any red flags", "how much does a legal opinion cost". A legal opinion can NEVER be created from chat. Free.
