# Approved layouts near a plot

`POST /api/v1/tools/layout_lookup`

## Request

Find approved / RERA-registered residential layouts near a point, and check whether a survey has an approved DTCP/PPA layout permit. Pass lat/lng to list nearby registered layouts, and/or a survey number with district to check for a planning-permit approval. Use for "any approved layout here", "registered layouts nearby", and the layouts discovery target. Costs 1 credit per call, waived when nothing is found.

## Request body

- object
  - `lat` number
  - `lng` number
  - `radius_km` number: Search radius for registered layouts, default 3
  - `survey_number` string: To check DTCP/PPA approval on a specific survey
  - `district` string: District name, narrows the PPA approval check
  - `sub_division` string: Sub-division of the survey (e.g. 2A); a permit on the whole survey still counts
  - `village` string: Revenue village of the survey; permits naming the same survey number in other villages are counted, not listed

## Response `200`

The envelope: ok, status, data, credits_charged, balance_after, request_id

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid credential
- `402`: Not enough credits
- `429`: Rate limit
